We had an amazing experience staying at this very secluded hotel. Everything inch of design in this hotel was thoughtful and well executed. Very quiet hotel and through the stay you always feel like this is your private hotel. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. As a bonus, the place has a great speakeasy 2 floors down to chill after a day wondering in the city.

We chose this room based on reviews and were not disappointed. The location is perfect for exploring Old Montreal, and even close to downtown. The room was clean and well appointed. We did not try the restaurant, but did check out the speakeasy one night. Great performers and vibe, but pricy drinks. Highly recommend!

Interesting hotel, really well situated in old Montreal. Very easy to walk around and explore. The room was clean and comfortable. Althiugh self-serve check-in and check-out, there are friendly staff around if ypu need them. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was great (all 5 courses), and the music downstairs was fun. Enjoyed the movie playing in the hallway (my floor was Savage by Lisa Jackson). Nice vibe to the place.

Great location - right in Old Montreal! This is a brand new, small boutique hotel withing walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. Rooms were spotless and the smart toilets in the bathrooms are a nice touch! Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend the on site restaurant - Lumi. The food was exceptional...it won't be long before it earns a Michelin star! Get to this property soon before it gets too popular and is always sold out!!

I had a wonderful stay at SonoLux. The rooms were beautifully designed, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere—it made my stay extremely enjoyable. The highlight, however, was dining at the hotel’s restaurant Lumi . I had a fantastic dinner, and our waiter, Xavier, made the experience even more special. He took the time to explain every dish. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a lovely hotel in Old Montreal, that has brand new fixtures and nice amenities, like in-room coffee and tea, a small fridge, wine glasses, small plates, knives and forks. They had a range of cultural things going on, including art exhibits and live music in the downstairs. We didn't try the restaurant but they have one. There is parking across the street for $24/day. It's near the subway. There are restaurants and museums nearby. The staff are nice and helpful. So, all up, very pleasant and I would go back.
