"Accueil au top , merci à Vera qui 10 mn après notre arrivée en voiture de Tikal vers 15 h nous réservait des places sur une lancha publique pour Livingston (125 Q) pour le lendemain à 9h30 avec « pickup » à l’embarcadère de l’hôtel même.
L’hôtel accepte de garder le véhicule durant les nuitées à Livingston (100 Q par jour) et garde même les bagages.
L’hôtel est situé dans un parc avec marina hyper sécurisé.
Les installations sont un peu surannées mais très fonctionnelles.

"Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña. Es un azar que algún vecino se apiade de los que viajan y ofrezca ayuda personal. Incluso tuve un percance que fue solventado por los vecinos. La propietaria jamás dio la cara. Lamentable."
