"Lovely inn nestled in downtown Lee, easy walking to the downtown. Comfortable bed, though the pillows were a little flat. One window did not have a black out shade and street lamp was right outside. The wine we pre-ordered was very mediocre. Breakfast was excellent, and overall it was an enjoyable stay."

"I was initially worried seeing mixed reviews about The Whitlock but we had a wonderful time. Location cannot be beat - walk out the door into town and everything Lenox has to offer. Room was clean, cozy and comfortable. AC was strong even during a heatwave. SmartTV with all of the streaming channels. The lobby and patio space were great, and there is a little convenience area to buy waters or juice. The staff were responsive and helpful when we wanted to switch rooms. "Great place for an overnight stay for a Tanglewood show. Owner/manager was very nice. Didn't use the pool but it looked good and clean and people were using it. Room was small but was fine for the night."

"The hotel is aging & little dated - there are gaps and cracks in the room and baseboards. overall, the hotel room was clean. Our room was the very end towards neighborhood. A bit noisier than expected. There is a fridge but no coffee pot in the room."

"The phone number for the motel was disconnected. We could not contact the motel. The bathroom was so small even a slender person has to bend and twist to try to shut the door. There was no hairdryer. The sounds of the Thruway required earplugs. They knew we were coming, they could've turned on the AC so that it had fresh air. Although, obviously, great attempts were made to make it cozy and comfortable, it is not suitable for some people."
