We had a great stay. The lobby is beautiful- very warm and inviting. Don’t let the motel style fool you. The staff was very welcoming! Room was very spacious. We enjoyed sitting at the fire pit on a chilly fall night. Only suggestion would be softer pillows.

This property is a glorified roadside motel. The website is very misleading. They make it look like a resort from clever angles and zoomed in framing in their video and photos so you don't see that it's a renovated motor inn from the 80s. The desk clerk was very friendly though and the bar tender made a decent Manhattan.

Very upscale for a motel. Great bar and dining area. The food was very good, though a bit pricey. After dinner we made some friends around the fire pit outside. Loved the decor throughout. Only complaint is that our room was a little dark even with all the lights on. I could have used a flashlight to unpack.

Hotel is beautifully decorated, I stayed one night and it was perfect. Dinner was delicious and the tea and cookies outside were wonderful. I saw people enjoying beautiful cocktails too. Overall the room was beautiful and showering with Le Labo products was a great way to end the day!

For the Berkshires, a nice, affordable option. Property has been updated, has some luxurious touches (le labo!), and is overall nicely designed. Food at the restaurant is delicious. The rooms could be a little bit cleaner, and the staff could have been a bit friendlier (but maybe they were just exhausted from a busy season). If you’re staying on the first floor, the a/c definitely works but dehumidification is kind of an issue. Overall, a good stay. Location is convenient to absolutely everything.

Very cool hotel. Nice lobby, with bar, restaurant, library/sitting room. Easy check-in/check-out. Stylish rooms - built from an old motel but with attractive updates. Good WiFi, nice refrigerator, and quiet. Helpful staff. Free coffee in the morning. Nice sitting area outside with fire pits. I would definitely stay again.
