"Really great facilities and incredibly kind staff, also towards our kids, especially at reception and bar. Very good value for money at the rate we have booked. Access to public transportation is 10-15 minutes to walk (with kids) and the neighborhood probably reflects the current reality in cities like Toronto: drug addicts and homeless people. Would book again if back in Toronto."

"Great location for our family since we have young children. We were able to easily walk to the aquarium, CN Tower and Roger’s Centre. Having the PATH connected to the hotel was great to be able to get around to other parts the city without going out in the cold or rain. Our kids loved the pool and the views from our room were nice. The pods are well maintained, offering some sense of privacy and serve their function; the Roku TVs in each pod are a welcomed luxury. The breakfast is basic but sustainable.
