"The room was very clean, with a very nice modern lakeside decor. The available amenities in the room were all modernized, and there were plenty of plug-in’s available for device charging. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I found lacking at all was the bed. My back was not a big fan, but as I’m very picky about my bed, that is mostly on me. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. It’s probably even more scenic during the summer. "

"Due to a storm the night before, the hotel was without electrical service. Since we were on bicycles, we had to call family in Grand Rapids to pick us up. Is this type of event eligible for a refund?"

"Upon arriving checkin was easy, Hostess was kind and helpful. Its cost friendly but keep in mind no breakfast but plenty in town to go to or get it delivered, coffee provided in room and in common room. The King Room is clean, spacious and relaxing. Great Tv too. Thanks so much!"
