"The room was a decent size and comfortable, but the real draw here was the excellent and friendly staff. They were great about giving us dinner recommendations and made sure we had coupons for nearby restaurants, and were generally pleasant and helpful. "

"Plenty of available parking at the Inn. Very clean, well-kept bedroom and bath. The restaurant and bar were well staffed, and the food was very good. I would have given 5 stars for amenities, but the restaurant is not open for breakfast. However, muffins and bottled juice, water and coffee were on trays in the bedroom. A very nice feature. I'll definitely go back.!"

"Quiet given it's right off the main drag of Clarks Summit. Easy access of the highway. Rooms are modern. For inexpensive no frills hotel, it was fine. A place to sleep was all I needed."

"Yes, fresh breakfast items everyday but same breakfast pretty much each day. We stayed for 4 nights. The property is due for renovation. Walls have cracks. We also had to change our room once since the original one reeked. Pool's OK, but no lifeguard and it's pretty deep on one end!"

"We travel a lot and this is the first time we felt sorry for the hotel (not the staff).. Hotel is very nicely designed, many great ideas to make your stay interesting and comfortable and the building is in a good condition, but the entrance, kitchen, elevator and all around the reception was very dirty. Like nobody cleaned it for days. Breakfast was poor, nobody there to help, tables not cleaned.. You mention it.. Hotel staff, including the receptionist just walk around you, not seeing that...

"OK, but far from great. The room was fin, but the elevator floor was really dirty, the corridor had a funny smell and the hot water in the shower was very inconsistent - circling through hot and long cold cycles. Breakfast was OK at best (no hot food)."

"Honestly had the worst sleep ive ever had at a hotel before. I didnt realize i would have to listen to the Sams club unloading dock all night. Crashing and banging. It was so loud. The dishes in our room were dirty and had to be washed. I mean, the coffee mugs had rings in them... the breakfast, which is raved about, was pretty mid at best. They lacked options every morning. The sofa bed was also so uncomfortable my kid's had an awful time going to sleep. Unfortunately I wasnt happy with this...

"Staff was really nice. The coffee maker for the room didn’t have any coffee or tea. Asked at front desk and they sent some our way. Bathroom sink backed up and the light in the bathroom was flickering. Staff came up to fix that. Room just didn’t feel clean. The room probably just needed a good vacuuming and wipe down. The weekend staff were really nice and the woman at the coffee counter was really sweet and nice."
