The staff were most welcoming and very pleasant and helpful. I travel with my service dog and really appreciated the pet area at the front of the hotel, breakfast was fresh with a good variety of hot food and the typical breakfast cereals. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again in the future.

The room is always spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room has a mini-fridge and microwave, and the AC works VERY WELL. Everyone that works in this hotel is so very friendly, and the entire place is very clean. Breakfast in the morning is plentiful and yummy, and the coffee is even good! We love this hotel when we are in Clarks Summit/Scranton and will not stay anywhere else!

The hotel was well maintained. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. The one thing that surprised me was the highway that runs almost over the hotel. Without the AC running loudly, I may have had some sleep issues but it ran all night and I slept beautifully. They do provide ear plugs so I’m assuming they know it’s an issue! 😉

When I entered the room, the temp was 65 degrees, which I found quite chilly! I figured out how to deal with it--the HVAC equipment was very user-friendly. Reservations were another matter. When I tried to reserve, secondary res agents answered the phone, resulting in such confusion that I inadvertently reserved two rooms for my stay. I now have a business card from one of your front desk agents, so that won't happen again. I hope! Someone should do something about these rogue reservation "providers". They really are a menace.
