"Everything was awesome except for the mattresses being too firm. Im not picky but these were the hardest mattresses weve ever experienced. The first night we were so tired we didnt care, but 9 nights was long enough that our sleep suffered. Staff was very polite, laundry room was convenient. Surrounding area had plenty of shopping and dining and kashiwa station was next door almost."

"Excellent value. It's a real apartment, not a hotel room — full kitchen, washing machine with laundry detergent already provided, strong AC, and a quiet bedroom for good sleep. Four beds, so great for a group, but I stayed solo and still felt the price was very fair. Check-in is self-service: they send a door code in advance and a short form asking for your name and a photo of your passport — quick and no hassle. Close to the train station and a convenience store is about 4 minutes on foot....

Although this hotel is approximately an hour away from the main tourist attractions, I found that staying at the Mitsui Gardens hotel was exceptionally worthwhile. The rooms are notably modern and spacious, which is a significant advantage in Japan. My previous room was essentially a one-bedroom apartment, complete with a washer and dryer (though without supplies), a full kitchen, and more, making it ideal for our family...

Even though you’re farther away from Tokyo(City) the location is quite literally connected to a subway line that goes directly there and a shopping mall with multiple sections. Hotel room was clean and for laundry you can use an app to use, it also already adds detergent for you which is great. "

"This is a great hotel, but be forewarned the surrounding area is not especially walkable during the heat of summer, unfavorable weather, or if you are carrying luggage. The nearest subway station is Kashiwanoha Campus, and that is quite a walk. I had to take numerous taxis during my stay when I did not have time for the walk to the station. As for the hotel, it is genuinely great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable."

The mattresses are too firm for my liking, though it seems to be the standard among Japanese hotels. "
