The hotel is very centrally located. The room size was decent and there were enough sockets to connect devices. My only tiny issue is that the room is dark. There is a desk lamp and that it is fine, but my room didn't have a central light. It is a very good hotel and the staff are very kind and helpful.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Tsukuba Express station. Clean room. Great temperature and water pressure for the shower. Great smelling bath bombs. Access to washer and dryers on a different floor. And, friendly and helpful staff that speak English much better than I speak Japanese. I would stay here again!

This stay was truly special for our family. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, warm, and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel created a sense of comfort that made the trip even more memorable. Quiet, elegant, and very well maintained. Grateful for the experience — we would love to return.

We didn't take breakfast and didn't use AC. So, we have no comments on those. However, the hotel's location is very convenient and our stay was very confortable. Thank you.

The hotel is centrally located in Tsukuba station area and I believe it could charge more if it gets renovated. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very old and outdated interior. Rooms are as clean as they can be but renovation is necessary to maintain a 4 star status.

The room was not large but very clean. The staffs were kindly and friendly. I think this hotel is good enough recommendation for my friends.

6/10 Good

Room was spacious. Good to amenities for the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable - two singles pushed together. For a couple of days it’s not bad. Lighting in the room is only lamps. Air-conditioning has opened switched on yet from heat. So windows had to be opened.

I stayed in this hotel few times by now. Rooms are clean and quiet. Good location. There are some good restaurants in the hotel building. Options are more in 2min walk radius. Staff could talk and communicate in English as well. Overall, very good stay.
