Conveniently located within walking distance of the Tsukuba Express station. Clean room. Great temperature and water pressure for the shower. Great smelling bath bombs. Access to washer and dryers on a different floor. And, friendly and helpful staff that speak English much better than I speak Japanese. I would stay here again!

Room was spacious. Good to amenities for the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable - two singles pushed together. For a couple of days it’s not bad. Lighting in the room is only lamps. Air-conditioning has opened switched on yet from heat. So windows had to be opened.
