"I was so happy that it coincided with Kayausaggi's 20th anniversary and ours. I was especially grateful for the kindness of each and every staff member, and for Akira's detailed explanations of the food."

"Staff very polite and nice. Beautiful nature Environment. Food good quality. "

"The Hinanosato was renovated about 6-8 years ago and it is an amazing place to stay - the decor is heavy on 60's themes which gives it a mellow / laid back feel. The staff are great, the breakfasts were wonderful and our room had a spectacular view of the Mikuma river. Parking on site is very limited but they have a couple parking lots nearby that can be used. Highly recommend this hotel!"

All the staff were really nice. It was nice to be able to feel the traditional Japanese mood. The hot spring was also really nice. The breakfast was also Japanese home-style, and overall it was delicious. Especially, the rice was so delicious. I went on a family trip to celebrate my mom's birthday and she really liked it."

"Beautiful spot inside and out. Super easy to check in and out. Very clean and pretty close to the main hub by car but a bit scary to drive down at night so bring enough food. I can only imagine when the trees outside blossom and how beautiful that would look. I guess I need to come back 😉 "
