"The property was amazing. Check-in was very smooth and excellent explanations. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The hot spring was also really nice. They change the men's/women's periodically, so make sure to experience both! I especially appreciated the fine touches that gave me a small smile - the same artist who made the flower vases also made the coffee cups in the lounge :) And the coffee was excellent."

It was nice to be able to feel the traditional Japanese mood. The hot spring was also really nice. The breakfast was also Japanese home-style, and overall it was delicious. Especially, the rice was so delicious. I went on a family trip to celebrate my mom's birthday and she really liked it."
