"We only stayed overnight. Everything was clean and tidy. The coffee & tea facilities was a nice touch and the continental breakfast was an added bonus. It's very good value for money and so close to the train station which was perfect. I would definitely recommend it"

Best stay ever! The hotel staff were over the top accommodating to us and treated us like royalty - we stayed here twice and LOVED every minute! Super close to the ferry system and restaurants. Everyone was so helpful and friendly to us.
The rooms we got were super clean and fully stocked for us. They have an adorable cafe just off the lobby where you can ever sit outside and enjoy the sounds and sun of the surroundings.

The hotel is very nice. I specifically booked this hotel because it stated on the booking website that it had an airport shuttle; highlighting this as "a rare find". Very disappointed to find on our arrival that it did not have a shuttle and cost an additional $80 in transport fees.
Our room was a fabulous king suite with balcony views. The location was excellent. We stayed just one night before flying out the next morning so we did not have time to enjoy the hotel as much as we'd like.
This was probably the nicest apartment we’ve stayed at. Very spacious, clean, and the views are unbeatable. It was a perfect location and we would highly recommend it. We’ll plan to stay here again next time we’re in Brisbane!
Great bed with quality pillows and sheets. Full size fridge, big modern shower, and nice small sofa and table with chairs. Good base while exploring the area, easy walk to train. Also good sound proofing, surprisingly quiet given the location.
The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. Amazing view from a 74th floor 1 bedroom sky high unit! Highly recommended for longer stays. James and the team at the front desk were amazing. After 7 days we loved it so much we extended our stay another 14 days. They gave us extra housekeeping services every few days, extra towels & toiletries, and made our stay amazing. This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night.
