"It's obviously an older hotel, but despite this, is in pretty good condition. What makes it great isvthe staff (specifically Jorge) who helped me solve an issie with my motorcycle, and the proximity to the historic center of town. Also has a restaurant and parking right across the street."

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are in immaculate condition; this place is still very new, after all. Will return to this place on any future trip to Xalapa, for sure."
