"We always enjoy staying at the Chateau Victoria when we come down for a Getaway Family Weekend. It is always welcoming and nice to see that some of the staff have been there for over 20 years, which speaks volumes for the management and ownership. It is locally owned and operated, which means a lot to us. We always enjoy going to Vista 18, which is our favourite restaurant, enjoying the views of the Inner Harbour and the delicious food. We highly recommend their dinner special with 2 entrees, 2 dishes, and a bottle of wine for $150. The pool and the hot tub are a great way to burn the extra energy out of our 2-year-old so she can sleep well. The only thing that could have been improved was a better view for the room as we were looking out over the rooftop and had a view of the building next to us. Also there was a portable air conditioner in the room, which was very noisy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The amenities in the hotel was very clean"

"Valet guy was very friendly even though I self-parked. He answered my questions when I first arrived since I parked at the front to check in. Front desk could have been friendlier. The guy who checked me was but the others didn't smile and didn't feel welcoming. Smiling and being cheerful would have made the check in process better. Location was the best part. PERFECT spot to stay and park so you can walk around the city. It is right next to the Parliament. Room was nice and decent for one night stay."

"Magnifique hôtel, vibe 6 étoiles. Tout était au-delà de nos attentes: l'accueil, le bâtiment et les jardins en soi, la chambre et le lit tellement confortable. Nous avons apprécié le plancher chauffant dans la salle de bain, la toilette intelligente, les serviettes neuves et moelleuses. De plus, le restaurant est succulent. L'hôtel est situé près du bord de l'océan, que dite de plus. Nois avons adoré notre séjour. Merci !"
