"Everything was fine except the fan in the bathroom was hanging down from the ceiling. The fan in the "living room" was loose and moved when rotating. Carpet was a little threadbare and sticky in spots. But the bed was great and comfortable and when I requested that the garbage get emptied they jumped right on that. I would stay there again."

"I had an absolutely terrible stay. Check-in took 20 minutes. Then, I got to my room and found the place filthy; dirt in the shower, stained garbage cans, and dirty counters. The water in the room comes out brown for the first few seconds, and the shower, sink, and AC all broke during the duration of my stay. Genuinely the worst hotel stay of my life."

"Had a family emergency and had to fly home as soon as possible. Notified hotel enroute to the airport to explain my situation, and employee said they understand my situation. Next day they charged my credit card for that night with no notification, and rude when I called them back. Will never stay at tat property again. Hotels.com was extremely professional and extremely helpful otherwise."
