"The beds were so comfortable and the glamping villa was so cozy for a cold night in Kawaguchiko. Amazing view of Mt. Fuji as you walk to the main entrance. "

"The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The room was clean and quiet! The location was less than a block away from the lake with views of Mt. Fuji."

"Wonderful staff and a very nice place. Good views of Mount Fuji and the outdoor private bathtub was great for soaking in some hot water. Check in is really easy (you'll need to use a translation app at times if you don't speak Japanese). For US Residents who aren't used to sleeping on the floor on just a futon mat or 2, you may be a bit stiff waking up. We had to ask for a couple of extra mats and the staff was very helpful and understanding. Its about a 30 min walk to town where we rented E...

"Great view of Mt. Fuji"

"Very cozy hostel with friendly staff and a great location! The Japanese-style room we stayed in was very a very comfortable 8 tatami mat size with heating and AC (if needed). Our kiddo loved chilling out in the common area and chatting with staff and guests alike. The shared kitchen was incredibly useful for breakfast and snacks to refuel before heading out for the day. I would highly recommend this place for families and backpackers alike!"

"Very clear instructions by emails after booking. Effective communication by English via email or face to face. Very helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness in common area. Walking distance to both train stations and has bus stop in front of the hostel. Has hot water, coffee & tea supplies & clear instructions on cooking ramen by microwave oven. Could be better if there is a pantry for simple cooking with an individual sink. Will return to this hostel when revisiting Mt. Fuji area again "

"A great area to be in, surrounded by good restaurants, wonderful sights of Fuji and especially quiet :)"

"Cute little place right by the lake and close to Mt. Fuji! The place was nice and clean. They provide great amenities like bicycle rental and other information for tourists. Staff was very kind as we were allowed to wait for a few hours until our bus came. My highlight was the bath as it was a very traditional experience with the yukata!"

"If I could give this place 100 stars, I would!! Everything was as perfect as can be. The staff are unbelievably kind, our little house was clean, spacious, and very luxurious. The staff waved us off with big smiles each time we drove away in the cab and were interested in hearing about our Japan trip. Only a short car ride from the best Mt. Fuji view and the caves. No view of Mt. Fuji but a gorgeous forest view with large windows. Kitchen equipped with everything you could need to cook and...

"The property looks new and clean. Service was excellent. We were offered private bath for the nights we stayed. No laundry within the facility but there are nearby laundry facilities if you need clothes washed. Would recommend a car if staying in this hotel to explore the Mt. Fuji area. "
