"Fantastic Fuji view from the room! Which is all that I wanted. Good standard hotel, some 15min from the train station. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. But not in the midst of the more touristy area around the Kawaguchiko station. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Very happy with my short stay."

"That staff very nice, but the hotel was rundown, and the beds are traditional than usual hotel mattresses but felt very hard personally ! The hotel does have a great view of Mount Fuji, especially on a clear day!"

"This is a great experience and a fabulous view of Mount Fuji. Breakfast and Dinner included and if not enough there is a huge supermarket just nearby. Only comment is instead of on request, i suggest directly providing bath robe in each room."

"The house was vey clean and well maintained. The location was almost perfect if you are visiting Mt Fuji or Fuji Q Highland amusement park. One advice for oversea visitors, make sure to send a picture of your passport to receive the passcode to enter the house. "

"Stayed here for one night to visit Mount Fuji. Accommodation was clean, with all facilities needed. Futons gave a real Japanese experience. Close to train station about 10 minute walk. We had a good view of Mount Fuji from window. The area itself is very quiet with limited places to eat/ drink but our main reason was to visit Mount Fuji. "
