"It was easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea from this hotel. There were free shuttle buses that got us directly to Disneyland and a free shuttle that got us to the tram that took us right into Disneysea park. I liked the convenience store and there was a Disney store in the hotel."

"Very basic unappetizing breakfast menu, expensive for what it was in comparison to hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto. The whole hotel seemed old and tired. Furnitures not clean, old as well. Disappointing. My experience with Expedia, reserving hotels in Japan was excellent.

"Clean room, friendly staff, they thought of everything. Nice touch with the lounge room open between 2-10, free beer, wine and soda as well as light snacks for kids. It rained while we were there and they let us borrow without a fee umbrellas for our entire family. Would definitely recommend. "

Buffet restaurant was very nice.
Outdoor pool which features heavily in images was closed (assumed only opens for the summer season), but inside pool nice enough, even if changing room signage isn't brilliant."
