"Professional &personable staff, always happy to help-great location with lovely walks around the forest and local restaurants and pubs-a recommendation would be to take a torch for the walk back from the pub and entering the hotel grounds which was quite dark-had a great Easter stay & visited nearby tourist locations-have stayed there before and would definitely go back-highly recommended "

"Came for our wedding anniversary. Went to brownsea island for the island and ended up getting abit behind. Called and they were very helpful in changing our dinner booking. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Room was lovely with incredible views. Shower was the most powerful I've ever.
