"Room is clean and location is perfect. Even though the WiFi network is hard to connect at the beginning, It took me few hours and finally connected, but once connected, WiFi is kind of stable. Only problem is that power plug is too less, even one power plug under TV doesn’t have power at all."

The staff were very helpful at offering recommendations and the breakfast is excellent. Perfect for filling up before a days exploring. Would recommend and stay again."

"Clean and good place to be"

"We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"

"Ich hatte ein Raucherzimmer...zumindest das einzige Zimmer ohne Nichtrauchersymbol an der Tür und so roch es auch... Die Matratze war eine einzige Katastrophe - es lage eine dünne Matratze auf dem Doppelbett und man kam sich vor, wie im Treibsand. Habe die dünne Matratze dann mitten in der Nacht runtergezerrt und da war dann ein riesen Fleck auf der Boxspringmatratze...super. Die Nacht hab ich jedenfalls so gut wie gar nicht geschlafen. Nie wieder!"

"Lovely apartment in a great location. Clean and close to lots of shops and cafes. On a side road, so very quiet at night. Ideally situated for the S trains and U bahn. 30 mins by train to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. Highly recommend these studios/suites, and will definitely return. "

"Great facility on a good location in Berlin "

"Not great tbh. The room was way smaller than pictured, could almost touch three walls at the same time. The outlets were stupidly placed. You have a high bed but lets place all the lights somewhere you cant reach so you gotta use a ladder in the dark or climb up and down a lot. The nightlight didnt really work but at least that meant i could charge my phone so that was nice. The toilet or zink leaked so the bathroom floor was just wet, you only had 4 minutes of hot water but at least the water...

"Great food, staff and location"

"Location was fantastic -- just a couple of blocks from Ostkreutz, well connected to buses and UBahn/SBahn networks. Excellent food and drinks nearby, as well as supermarkets. They staff were very responsive and provided great suggestions. Price was good for Berlin, the room (studio) was spacious, as was the bathroom. Was also an easy commute from the airport. Would definitely stay again!"

"Very big hotel, good for congressed. The room are normal, a bot outdated. Tge carpet floor is stained, that it s not very nice."
