This is the second that we have stayed at The Klassik. I love the new upgrades to the rooms and the addition of air conditioning, However, there were things that were unfinished. Some rooms were more complete than others. The one BIG ISSUE is there needs to be better WIFI. It was very weak and none of our phones could stay connected to it.

Honestly good hotel! Super close to metro and a lively area. There can be some sketchy people around the area since it’s a party area late at night, but if you keep your head up you’re fine. The hotels entrance is locked after a certain time which I really like, and when a intoxicated guy was giving us the creeps the hotel staff saw, and unlocked the door as I couldn’t get my card in time, which I was thankful for. Anyhow, the hotel itself is beautiful, good beds, fancy rooms, and close to mall/east side gallery / metro and 24hr fast food, deffo recommend!

Covered in scaffolding which wasn’t very attractive. Rooms were dark( maybe without scaffolding it would be better). Pillows were a little strange- stuffing in the end of a double pillow case to arrange to your requirements. Unless you pre booked breakfast you can’t get it.Good location for transport but evenings busy bar/ hangout areas, police sirens throughout the night. Some good restaurants very close.

Location was very good, but the hotel was very old and very very dirty!! The carpets were full of dust, the curtains were not in place and just hanging, the towels had holes in it, and when we asked staff to tell housekeeping to vacuum and fix they curtain, nothing was done. Dyson fan in the room didn’t have a remote so couldn’t use it. -very dark at night even with lights on -loud at night due to night life below -dirty carpet and bed throw on the bed - hard beds and thin pillows

Leider war mein Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Die Umgebung des Hotels wirkte auf mich nicht besonders sicher und die Atmosphäre vor Ort entsprach nicht ganz den schönen Bildern. Besonders unangenehmwar, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Ich hatte das Hotel extra wegen der Klimaanlage gebucht. Weder auf der Buchungsseite noch beim Check-in wurde darauf hingewiesen. Erst auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt, dass die Klimaanlage defekt sei und deshalb ein Ventilator im Zimmer stehe. Als Lösung wurde mir lediglich empfohlen, mich an Hotels.com zu wenden. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich das Hotel nicht gebucht.

Det var gammal mat kvar i kylskåpet från tidigare gäster när vi kom. Dessutom var det ganska mycket damm, speciellt under ena fåtöljen, det kan inte ha dammsugits under den på ett tag. Rummet var även väldigt mörkt med dålig belysning, likaså i badrummet. Det fanns ingen stark lampa för att få ordentligt ljus när man skulle fixa sig. Vi var två personer, ena kudden var stor och skön, den andra mycket mindre med trasig/knölig stoppning. Vi kom ner till frukosten vid 9 och den stängde 10. Vissa saker var redan slut när vi kom men fylldes aldrig på även om det kom fler sällskap efter oss. Det som fanns och det vi åt var dock väldigt bra! Plus för trevlig personal dock och läget var för oss perfekt!

Her er det to positive ting å ta med: noen av de som jobbet i resepsjonen var veldig hyggelige, og bra beliggenhet. Det som ikke var så bra var renholdet. Skitne rom og alt «hang og slang». Badet var direkte ekkelt. En annen ting var at det var hengt opp plakater, der det sto at brannvarslingsanlegget ikke var i drift og at vi skulle ringe brannvesenet ved brann. Dette opplevdes ikke trygt i det hele tatt. Et annet pluss var vifte på rommet i en veldig varm by.
