The property is adorned with old oaks and English ivy that makes the grounds, restaurant, bar, and pool area feel very secluded. "The room is simple yet progressive and hip with technology. The lobby and dining area is artsy and representative of Austin and beyond. Most importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable. The staffing model at Citizen M allows for staff to be cross functional and share the tip pool. They appear to work very well together.
