"We always stay at the JW Marriott went in Austin. The staff is really helpful and the rooms are nice and clean. They have a wonderful bar -two bars downstairs and easy access to the downtown area to walk to restaurants.."

The staffing model at Citizen M allows for staff to be cross functional and share the tip pool. They appear to work very well together. The location is also perfect if you wish to enjoy Austin’s downtown charm."
