3. Seafair

4. Christmas Ship Festival

The Christmas Ship Festival sees the harbor and waterways covered in brightly colored Christmas lights as boats take to the waters en masse to celebrate the season. The festival has gone on since 1949 and is led by a boat called the Spirit of Seattle, which leads the procession to 65 different waterfront communities.
