"I am sorry, but was something close to a real FRAUDE!! Almost all water park attractions there were CLOSED, for “maintenance “ all weekend! Supposedly was a relaxing stay, on the lazy river and waves pool ( which were closed) and the best slides rides for the 4 kids 12 years and up in my party, Closed too!! Really was TERRIBLE!! Worst experience!! And wasted money!! ( More than $600 dollars)"
"The mattress was old and worn. Collapsed on one side and could feel the springs through it. Uncomfortable. Bunch of hair in the shower. Towels were old and only there wasn’t enough in the room. Parking was not included with the price and added over $100 to the cost of staying there for two nights."

"The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast unless you paid. but the hotel itself was clean and nice and we enjoyed our visit."
"Hyatt House downtown was an excellent hotel experience, it was very clean, staff were extremely friendly, and it was located walking distance to Broadway. I would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Nashville. They provided us with your guidance maps to get around, locate what to do, monuments, restaurants, museums, and tour rides through the town. Breakfast was served every morning, pool was available throughout the day, and the bar located in the lobby was open around 4pm until late."
"The location on the river was perfect for seeing the mountains & wild life ( including a bear) from the balcony, & also people watching and all the pretty lights on the main drag at night. Just walk across the neighboring parking lot to get to all the restaurants & activities in town. You have to pay for parking under the motel though & it's very tight & low, but it's pretty hard to find any free parking anywhere in town. Over all a nice, would stay again."
