This hotel is dirty. Our tub was dirty the carpet was nasty as hell bugs in the room curtain torn up windows was nasty and dirty our TV didn’t work the list goes on. I wouldn’t advise going here. The location was great that’s it

This is our go-to place in Pigeon Forge! The property is still under renovations, but we LOVED our room! My son loved the jacuzzi tub, and the lazy river was just what was needed after a long day outside. We’ll be back again for sure- it’s always comfortable, staff is great, and the location is perfect.

You fortunately this was a terrible stay. The pool was nasty, the beds were horrible, like cation was good, blow dryer didn’t work couldn’t find another so I went to dinner with wet hair, the bathrooms by the pools had a homeless guy using it as his own wash station(even tho the doors were boarded locked?) all the doors were unsecured. Was very disappointed

First room had a smoke detector that was beeping, the front desk clerk was by herself and didn't have anyone in maintenance working to change the battery in it so she changed our room. Second room, the a/c wasn't working so she changed our room again. Third room, everything was in good working order, she was very helpful and nice, we enjoyed our stay.

They are doing modeling, but they should’ve told us that when we was booking the motel that was trash built up beside the trashcans outside of the doors to go to your car, but on the plus note, the staff was super nice. It is close to anything you wanted to do once they get the remodeling done, it should be amazing place to stay

The place was in disrepair, and smelled terrible. Only one light working in room. It looked like they had started working on remodeling the bathroom, but killed 3 roaches in there as soon as I walked in. The mattresses were sunk in and had to be at least 40 years old. I had already paid for 10 days, asked for a refund, didn't get it, left anyway. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and kind. Only bright spot in the place.

This is an excellent place to stay we arrived in town at a hotel that we had reserved once we got to the hotel we checked it out it's very dirty and overrated so we got on the internet located Park Tower hotel reserve the rooms and everything was very nice clean bed was comfortable balcony was nice all the staff was extremely nice he's under construction but they're doing a update on it other than that parking was nice if I'm back in town I will consider stayinhotel there again I 1ive this hotel a 8.5 out of 10 rating

I understand a hotel undergoing renovations but I believe they could change the availability of certain rooms/floors. People are traveling for vacation & expect clean lodging, with the basic amenities intact. The beautiful lazy river that was advertised only had one inner-tube available, along with there being way too much chlorine in the hot tub. There was only one working elevator for all 6 floors. We got to our room & there's water damage in the hallway & in our room some damage to the ceiling tiles as well. I'm Not leaving a one star review to be spiteful, at the end of the day this is a business that would like to stay afloat while being near the main strip in Pigeon Forge but it just was not what was expected for what was paid.

This is the third time I have tried to submit this review & each time I have been asked to take information out-exposing this hotel & this site for the way they did my family-seems to be such a challenge!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Seriously!! We walked in, and 10 mins later walked back out. I’m hoping it allows me to upload pictures with this review. Staff was rude, dried snot on the walls, mold in and outside of the fridge, mud on the floors, ripped pictures placed back on the walls, smelled like smoke, all the furniture in the room was broken. Asked front desk for a refund, denied. Called this site for a refund-they also could not help. I was attempting to provide information for the network hotels are apart of -who can fine the hotel for awful reviews- but it won’t let me. So bottom line-don’t stay here. There are other hotels within 3 mins that offer great service, have wonderful breakfast & are clean!

Room was clean, mattress was very old and needs replaced, we could feel the springs, out of all 6 floors there was only 1 elevator working and part of the week it was taking 30 minutes just to get on an elevator. Staff was wonderful, balcony ws really nice.
