This is our go-to place in Pigeon Forge! The property is still under renovations, but we LOVED our room! My son loved the jacuzzi tub, and the lazy river was just what was needed after a long day outside. We’ll be back again for sure- it’s always comfortable, staff is great, and the location is perfect.

They are doing modeling, but they should’ve told us that when we was booking the motel that was trash built up beside the trashcans outside of the doors to go to your car, but on the plus note, the staff was super nice. It is close to anything you wanted to do once they get the remodeling done, it should be amazing place to stay

This is an excellent place to stay we arrived in town at a hotel that we had reserved once we got to the hotel we checked it out it's very dirty and overrated so we got on the internet located Park Tower hotel reserve the rooms and everything was very nice clean bed was comfortable balcony was nice all the staff was extremely nice he's under construction but they're doing a update on it other than that parking was nice if I'm back in town I will consider stayinhotel there again I 1ive this hotel a 8.5 out of 10 rating

The hotel has signs that they are remodeling but it did not look nothing like the pictures. The outside pool had a chair in it . Chippings in both outdoor and indoor. Not clean . The hot tub had yellow tape all around it and was completely drained. Only certain elevators worked and their was stains in the carpet all through out . Found a cockroach in the bathtub . The balcony had 2 chairs but only 1 was not torn through. Staff are not friendly at all. The only thing this place had going for it was not being on the main road and parking. Did not try breakfast due to being disgusted by the roach.

Pictures did no justice property is is in disarray and they stated in remodeling stage forced to stay or lose my money no during the week showed up to do any work. Trailer in the back sayes remodeling company with flat tires to look like they are doing work but it go up to it you can see its old been sitting there for years. Not a safe place in mi opinion.
