"Four Winds is a beautiful casino with very clean rooms, clean casino floor and grounds. We really enjoyed our stay at Four Winds on New Buffalo, MI. We plan to go there again soon."

"Clean and well appointed single queen room with well thought out details. Great unique hotel vibe with a great little bar, patio and courtyard to enjoy a beverage. I got a coffee each morning for my walk along the river to the conference center. Great neighborhood with vintage stores, excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance so much better than staying at a boring conference room hotel. I didn’t have a car, but there is more than enough parking. Rather than hit up the gym I grabbed a free bike and rode out to Belle Isle to watch the sunset. It was lovely. "

"This hotel is within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and outdoor activities. It was a luxury experience for an affordable price. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Pros:Staff friendly and rooms clean Cons: Hottub was Luke warm. Breakfast was cold and in a box. Won’t stay there again. "

"Room and bath were immaculate; Staff very friendly; Breakfast Buffet delicious and Pool/Hot Tub refreshing."

"No wine opener in room nor at front desk nor at bar. We had to throw our expensive bottle away. No water refilling stations. Ice machines on our floor and one floor up out of order. No robes in room. No plastic laundry bags in room. Had to move rooms at 8pm one night bc smoke detector faulty (not staff’s fault) but still a huge pain as we had numerous luggage’s while moving daughter out of dorm. We got only 2 free coffees for this big inconvenience. Upon checking out, the kind staff member did give us 1/2 off our last night which was appreciated. Front desk staff always friendly but have stayed in this hotel a few times and overall feel feels out of date and kind of dreary each time. Probably won’t stay here again. "

"Took my six year old granddaughter here with a couple of her six and seven year old friends they had an absolute blast room was clean and comfortable and staff was wonderful.. also a lot of good food choices"

"The room was spectacular - I stayed in the Parlor room on the 12th floor. I had a view of Comerica Park and Ford Field. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the restaurants were all amazing (I visited all three). I would highly recommend this hotel! The only downside is there was not a fridge in my room, but it was not advertised that there was one. Just keep this is mind."
