We have enjoyed our stays at The Starlight Resort over the years. It is a refurbished hotel that includes a pool, hot tub, fire pits, and what seems to be a dog park. It offers a continental breakfast in a former guest room. It is clean and well stocked. It is open from 8-10 am. The owner is friendly and helpful always has chocolates available at check in. It is about a mile & 1/2 from downtown Saugatuck. We love it there and always look for their rooms first when visiting.

Family owned and operated. The husband checked us in and was very friendly and chatty about the area which was helpful. The rooms are set back from the road so it is quite in the room. I liked the fire pits out front. There is also a small swimming pool. Good breakfast place a short, 5 minute walk down the road, Pennyroyal.

Wonderful experience. Family owned and well maintained. Very clean. Close to attractions or plenty to do at the hotel. Pool is heated and very nice. Grill on site, fire pits, gazebos with seating. Family friendly or like us… we made new friends there. We will for sure come back. Breakfast is small but perfect for coffee or juice and bagel or danish before heading out for the day.
