"We enjoyed our stay here even though it was very short. We arrived past midnight and we were heading to Hilton Head, SC but we wanted to see Savannah. We paid the ridiculous $50 parking fee because otherwise you had to find street parking which was also expensive. We missed breakfast because we were tired so I can't comment on the food.
We did have some good help from the concierge to plan some things to do and get some tickets. We talked with the valet about our car since it had to be checked out by 3. We called to get it pulled out which is what they told us to do to avoid paying another day's parking. Sadly we were charged anyways so we ended up being charged $100 for parking and we were not even there close to 24 hours. They had a ton of space so it wasn't because they needed the spot.
The hotel itself was nice and centrally located to get to the hop on/hop off bus without too long of a walk. Beautiful city!"
"Hilton has quite a bit to offer, shops, quite a few restaurants, numerous conference rooms, pickleball court, gym, etc., though I did not eat at any of the restaurants at the Hilton, it is convenient having that option. The rooms were clean, however, upon check-in, there was a sticky spot on the floor that I had set in that I had called and told guest services in person. Granted the time of night when guest services was told in person, I wasn’t expecting them to come right away, but wanted them to be aware. They sent up custodial help to clean the spot on the floor. The staff was extremely nice during my stay 10 out of 10 would stay here again."
"The hotel was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit was very loud and disrupted our sleep throughout the night."
"We enjoyed our stay other than the service at the bar in the hotel. No one really spoke English. The bartender over charged us and was extremely rude when we asked about it. Other than that, we would stay again. I would just go somewhere else for beverages and food."
