Nothing at all bad to stay. For a hotel of it's age, it's very well kept up and clean. Was only there for one night for a golf tournament at the Chateau Course, so didn't see everything, but the room was great. bed was comfortable. Lobby wand bar were nice and Paddy's Pub was great. Look forward to a longer stay.

The property was very clean and well kept. Property fees was a little excessive and property restaurants was expensive but other than that we had a great time.

Rooms weren’t ready at 5pm. Went to the pool, terrible smell of propane everywhere. Ordered room service and it was ok at best. Hallway had multiple rooms with door propped open with junk stacked to the ceiling with bad smells coming out. Bed was old and hard. Bathtub was dirty. Had to go to ER at 8pm bc of a health issue, came back at 2am and asked for a late checkout, they said someone was in the room so I’d need to be out by 12. Just not a single moment of hospitality or consideration. The property is beautiful and the location is nice.

My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary at Chateau Elan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. We dined a Fleur De Lis because they had vegan options, it was lovely. Our room was excellent. This was our first stay but certainly not our last.

From the time we arrived through check out every staff member we encountered was friendly and offered assistance. Check-in was very smooth. We arrived about an hour and half early and we were able to check-in. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The food and drinks were delicious. The pool was nice, clean and warm. It was my first visit. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a great time, rooms were clean and very friendly staff. I want to give a special thank you to the bartender Maria at Versailles. She was excellent and provided first class customer service. She attended to us while we sat at the bar and ordered plenty of lemon pepper wings and was very patient with our group. Thank you so much Maria!! You rock!!
