All aspects top shelf tremendous value, great location,quiet

We have stayed at this hotel many times and always leave wishing we could stay longer! This is by far the most comfortable hotel at which we have stayed in Ukraine. They are nice, friendly, and provide a lot of services including delicious room service, laundry services, and taxi and shuttle services! You will not be disappointed.

The location and overall architecture of this hotel is fabulous. Located on the Black Sea, you get that old world feel of Ukrainain culture. The staff was incredible, with a 24 hour Resturant, and room service, serving my every need, if they didn't have an item on the menu, they obtained it. My trip to Odessa was made extra extraordinary by my stay. The staff, the room, the restaurant were great. The bad part is I didn't want to leave and experience other aspects of the city. Such a problem!

Great hotel, and very nice area.

This hotel is about 2 blocks from the main city center street and the opera house. It is clean, modern and very cost. It includes breakfast too. THe staff was friendly and helpful. For the money and compared to other hotels and apartments in the area (I have used at least a dozen), this one was a much better deal and experience. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoy staying at Bon Apart and I will definitely stay there again when I come back.

This hotel was built this past summer and has many things close by that are all within walking distance. The receptionists at the hotel are very sweet and will go out of their way to help you if you need a pharmacy or good resturant. If you are at this hotel and want to go to city center, just ask directions to bus stop (15 minute walk towards Mcdonalds) and either take bus 185 or bus 242 (numbers are posted on windshield) and for 3 UAH just ride the bus until it is parked in city center. From the moment I arrived late at night I felt very welcome. The hotel lobby is very inviting the staff was very friendly, security showed me to my room and the key operation. Fantastic stay even the cafe in the hotel very friendly hot coffee and the best orange juice. All in all I loved this hotel very quiet close to many cafes shopping and sights. Cannot wait to stay at this Gem again. Well worth the money. I highly suggest you give this hotel a try. A Plus in my book.

Staff were fabulous, even carried my bag to the room up 3 flights of stairs...made sure that I was safe and that the taxi showed up on time whenever i ordered it!
