Great quiet clean rooms nice place the only bad side was the restaurants only have sandwich's for dinner, we arrived at 10:30pm after a long day traveling without food (plane) we wanted a room service but wasn't available at that time we arrived hopefully they can rearrange kitchen hours thanks

¡Excelente experiencia! Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy confortables. El personal es sumamente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Utilizamos el servicio gratuito de traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto, y en ambas ocasiones fueron muy puntuales, lo cual es un gran plus. El desayuno es variado, delicioso y con muy buenas opciones. Sin duda, una excelente opción para hospedarse. ¡Muy recomendado!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It’s a renovated hospice and every detail has been attended to. The showers were large and wonderful! The staff is courteous and friendly. Everything is very up to date and the entire property is very clean. The morning buffet is 5 star and so is the adjoining restaurant. Be sure to check out the beautiful chapel in the hotel! Also the hotel is right next door to a National Park with live animals. Definitely would stay again!

We were on a dream vacation using Guayaquil as a stop over point before heading to the Orient on a tour. My partner mistakenly left his credit cards in a bedside table drawer here. We didn't notice until a week into our vacation. On our tour, which ended in Guayaquil, we painstakingly backtracked our steps. Adding breakfast, would make the stay a better experience

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I got no complaints, and I would definitely come back on my future visit to Ecuador. The staff was very polite, attentive, and responsive. The check-in and check-out process is pretty fast, and there is always someone I can talk to or call. I had a problem this time with the safe box. I had to call twice for someone to come; on my second call, they sent the guy in charge within 10 minutes. It is understandable; there are other people requesting...

They were very kind, patient, and hospitable. Facility was super clean. They are following the CDC’s guidelines for COVID. The community Areas were not crowded. There is outside sitting to eat. The room service also brings up food to your room and all the food is appropriately covered and silverwear is brought in a sealed bag. Food was always delicious and at the appropriate temperature. They also provide a free shuttle to the Airport (which is very close to hotel). Felt super safe to stay here...

The arranged transport to/from the airport was very reasonable. The staff were great--directed us to walkable shopping and food. The on-site restaurant was very good and served us very generous portions of fresh, local seafood. A nice intro to Ecuador.

This hotel has convenient, free, parking. It is clean and modern. The staff are all professional, friendly, and speak excellent english. The walls are a little thin but guests are pretty quiet. The pool on the 16th floor is open to the outside and wonderfully warm. The restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast but dinner was so-so and pricey. I recommend finding dinner elsewhere. Very convenient to airport and local shopping. Outstanding service and price.

The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. The wifi worked well and the bedrooms had smart tvs so i was able to watch Netflix. Well stocked kitchen, warm shower and lots of security cameras. Heavy locked gates for added security. Beautiful terrace to look at the city. A couple things you should be aware of, 3rd floor no elevator but easy stairs and the shower floor is extremely slippery. Very nice clean great breakfast very accommodating

When I booked my stay through Expedia, I expected your typical cookie-cutter experience. With Mundialcity however, I was very pleasantly surprised. The business is run by a family, and they take great pride in providing first class service at a low price. I highly recommend giving Mundialcity a chance.

i wished i could have enjoyed the garden..it was so beautiful...the lobby is charming...only stayed overnite..wish it was longer..breakfast fit for a queen... down fall my room faced front..could hear traffic and dog barking...was alone felt safe,,,,so close to airport...

Newly renovated. Everything in my room was brand new, it was so new I felt like I might have been the first customer staying in that room. Super Clean and nice
