My wife and I loved the hacienda. It was beautiful farm, the service went above to make our visit amazing, and our room was very nice.

The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. The wifi worked well and the bedrooms had smart tvs so i was able to watch Netflix. Well stocked kitchen, warm shower and lots of security cameras. Heavy locked gates for added security. Beautiful terrace to look at the city. A couple things you should be aware of, 3rd floor no elevator but easy stairs and the shower floor is extremely slippery. Staff was attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and breakfast in the morning was delicious and attractively served. The grounds are beautiful - a place of retreat. It is placed high on the hill above the noise of the city and is quiet and restful. I have stayed here twice and both times were a welcome interlude in my travels. I would recommend it to anyone needing a place of rest before going on their way.

They were very kind, patient, and hospitable. Facility was super clean. They are following the CDC’s guidelines for COVID. The community Areas were not crowded. There is outside sitting to eat. The room service also brings up food to your room and all the food is appropriately covered and silverwear is brought in a sealed bag. Food was always delicious and at the appropriate temperature. They also provide a free shuttle to the Airport (which is very close to hotel). Felt super safe to stay here...

The place is very clean, well managed. The staff is well trained and eager to help. There was at least one English speaking person in each shift. The beds were good. The restaurant is of high standard. Good quality art is everywhere. A very eye-pleasing sight. You can be met at the airport and brought back for your departure in a shuttle (a 15-minute drive) at no charge. Newly renovated. Everything in my room was brand new, it was so new I felt like I might have been the first customer staying in that room. Super Clean and nice
