Great quiet clean rooms nice place the only bad side was the restaurants only have sandwich's for dinner, we arrived at 10:30pm after a long day traveling without food (plane) we wanted a room service but wasn't available at that time we arrived hopefully they can rearrange kitchen hours thanks

I had a great experience staying here. The staff was responsive, the coordination of transportation was great and the breakfast was amazing. I would stay here again the next time I’m in Guayaquil.

We had a great time at Wyndham Santa Ana. The employees did a great job they were very attentive.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I got no complaints, and I would definitely come back on my future visit to Ecuador. The staff was very polite, attentive, and responsive. The check-in and check-out process is pretty fast, and there is always someone I can talk to or call. I had a problem this time with the safe box. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It’s a renovated hospice and every detail has been attended to. The showers were large and wonderful! The staff is courteous and friendly. Everything is very up to date and the entire property is very clean. The morning buffet is 5 star and so is the adjoining restaurant. Be sure to check out the beautiful chapel in the hotel! Also the hotel is right next door to a National Park with live animals. Definitely would stay again!

This hotel has convenient, free, parking. It is clean and modern. The staff are all professional, friendly, and speak excellent english. The walls are a little thin but guests are pretty quiet. The pool on the 16th floor is open to the outside and wonderfully warm. The restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast but dinner was so-so and pricey. I recommend finding dinner elsewhere. They were very kind, patient, and hospitable. Facility was super clean. They are following the CDC’s guidelines for COVID. The community Areas were not crowded. There is outside sitting to eat. The room service also brings up food to your room and all the food is appropriately covered and silverwear is brought in a sealed bag. Food was always delicious and at the appropriate temperature. Grand Hotel is a stunning property. They took really good care of us, from airport pick-up to giving us milk for my toddler late at night. The receptionists were happy to help us with directions and answer any queries. The Grand Hotel pool is an oasis, it was breathtaking. We stayed here two nights. Breakfast spread was amazing and the food was delicious. We ate one dinner there too, totally worth it! Excellent service, great staff, breathtaking pool, decent-sized rooms, centrally located!

We were on a dream vacation using Guayaquil as a stop over point before heading to the Orient on a tour. My partner mistakenly left his credit cards in a bedside table drawer here. We didn't notice until a week into our vacation. On our tour, which ended in Guayaquil, we painstakingly backtracked our steps. This place is a hidden gem! An oasis of calm in the middle of a bustling, dirty city. It feels like home. The employees extended such hospitality that we felt like we were staying at a friends house. Highly recommend!

The arranged transport to/from the airport was very reasonable. The staff were great--directed us to walkable shopping and food. The on-site restaurant was very good and served us very generous portions of fresh, local seafood. A nice intro to Ecuador.

My wife and I loved the hacienda. It was beautiful farm, the service went above to make our visit amazing, and our room was very nice.
