"Very clean hotel and staff were great. I stayed in the supreme pods which great but with a few exceptions. My main issue is that the matresses are soo hard, you may as well sleep on the floor. I had to buy a matress topper at DCM which was definitely worth it as it made it more tolerable. The other issue is noise, i could deal with nearby snoring etc but some people would make no effort to stay quiet and the floors are extremely loud. It is literally impossible to walk quietly down the hallway, even just in socks or slippers.
Overall though, its definitely a good place to stay considering how much cheaper it is compared to staying in Hirafu, and the shuttles are great. "
"Ski slope shuttles came every 15min and were great. Breakfast was good. Rooms were well designed for storage and very clean. Huge bonus was heated radiator in room for drying wet ski equipment. Ski equipment storage room for skis and boots was very warm and convenient on ground floor next to bus pickup. "
"The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities, including a shuttle to and from the mountain, arranging a ride to the airport, ski lockers and complimentary food upon arrival. Will absolutely book here again for our next holiday! "
"Still fairly new. Staff helpful but the front desk gets pretty busy at times. The restaurant seems better than it was a year ago when we first stayed there. We were upgraded to a room with club lounge access, which was nice. The best thing about this hotel is that it is a short walk (across the street) from the ski slopes and lesson center/rentals. Parking is not guaranteed but generally available. Room are Japanese, so smallish, but nice tub with hot water from a natural spring. "
