"Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the service to the facilities, my experience was perfect. However, I was disappointed by one specific policy: despite booking a Full Board package, I was still charged extra for soft drinks and tea during lunch and dinner. Usually, "Full Board" implies that basic beverages are included with meals. I highly recommend the management review this policy, as paying for basic drinks feels out of place in such a high-quality establishment. Aside from this, it was a wonderful stay."

I would highly recommend, special should out to Akhil, serving drinks on the beach. Recommend booking club as loads included which saves money in the long term. Also you get free access to beach club Le Mar next door which is stunning!"
