Excellent location, amenities, staff and owners. This is a small, 3 room boutique hotel. Do't be fooled by the exterior appearance. This is a new hotel and the owner has taken pride in the remodel and furnishings. The room we stayed in was well-supplied with complimentary beverages, fruit, and snacks.
We were traveling by ferry to Zadar and picked Central Apartments because of its location to the ferry port and it is in the middle of the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially liked the breakfast selections available to us. We would gladly stay here again if we ever visited Zadar.

The hotel was 20 minutes from downtown Zadar. 20euro taxi. We did not know it was all inclusive, but we did have a nice dinner. Unfortunately the lobby juice, bee and coffee machines were locked when we tried to go. We walked a lot, around the waterfront and in what is solely a residential area. At the entrance of the property was a bus stop to downtown. The people at the desk were all very nice. Quick easy check in and out. A nice pool.
