They were very accommodating and communicated quickly through What's App. A door code is provided with a key at the desk for my room. This resort exceeded expectations- incredibly friendly and professional staff, the suite was spotless and spacious, the property itself is gorgeous and unique. The breakfast was beautiful and we enjoyed dinner outside for 3 nights which was delicious and well priced. Service at the restaurant is exceptional. Also a shout out to David and Isabella, the bar team at the pool bar who were lovely and gave warm service. Every detail of this place is well thought out and I can’t wait to return one day.

Olbia rooms looks brand new, although the proprietors said that it opened a year ago. Staff is on site to welcome you, and they are fantastic at communicating before and after check in. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the site is actually within walking distance of Costa Smeralda Olbia airport (about 15 minutes). We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Our Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is decorated with local artifacts and colors. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach.
