There is a little dirt parking lot in the back that is gated, perfect for peace of mind with a rental car. Continental breakfast was included and there was a cute little patio to sit in. The room was quaint, a little musty, but A/C worked great and had a view of the beautiful quiet street outside. Loved being able to stay so close to the downtown area.

Good value for the location

Great location in Olbia . We were put in the “new” wing. No WiFi ! Room was clean but towel hangers were broken. Bathroom radiator did not work and bedside lamp was broken. Breakfast was simple , great coffee and a GREAT server. Free parking was a bonus.

Rude staff, broken A/C, good location

The location is fantastic and the room clean but that’s the only positives I’m afraid. The air conditioning was broken, and in fact was stuck on hot setting so the room went up to 27 degrees. We asked if we could move rooms but they were full - they brought a fan to the room but it fell over several times and frankly made little difference. I asked even for some bottled water to cool down but the man at reception refused and was really rude, while drinking beer with friends in the hotel reception. There are NO amenities. No shower gel, no tea coffee facilities, not even glasses in the room for water. While the lady we checked out with gave us a small discount at the end to apologise, I couldn’t in good faith recommend anyone else stay here.
