"Front desk staff were polite but slightl indifferent, with the exception of one very kind staff member- Tang. She was vmvery attentive and kind. The 7th floor spa and the restaurant's staff were the reason why I gave this place 5 stars instead of 4. The entire restaurant staff made my stay delightful and warm. The food was simply but delightful. And there was one memorable elderly Japanese woman who made me feel just at home with her smiles and energetic conversation- despite not understanding...
"The Keio Plaza Hotel was one of the best Hotels I have stayed in during my time in Japan! Rooms were extremely clean and staff was always ready to help with any inquiries !"
"Room was spacious and the amenities were great too. Mattresses are in need of changing but everything else was perfect. Staff was amazing too and the location was amazing."
"An outstanding accommodation, staff service was excellent, the complex facilities were unmatched and food services were fresh and delicious. I highly recommended it if you are looking for a relaxing experience."
"First staying this far from Fussa, but it was easy to drive to, plenty of parking lots nearby, and stores and restaurants were within walking distance."
"Great place to stay in Tachikawa! My second stay here. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station. There are multiple combinis nearby. The staff were nice and the property was clean. Easy check-in/check-out. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future."

This hotel was very clean and very spacious for our group (6 guests). We had a kitchen and living room which are not included in a lot of hotels. I will say the check in process was a little headache when it came to the passport upload but I reached out to customer support via email and they were VERY quick with responding and assisting me so I am very thankful for that. This place is also a 5 min walk from the train station and shops which was very convenient. Overall definitely recommend...
We sat outside with the provided breakfast each day, with NO traffic noise, as the hotel fronts on a Bike/Hike path. It was very sociable and pleasant, and sets a wonderful tone to start the day. The attached coffeeshop is also popular with the dogwalkers, so the front patio is cheerful and fluffy every day.
I really enjoyed this hotel . It’s so quiet , convenient to all restaurants and shops and don’t miss Fuchu no Mori park for a nice morning walk . The breakfast has many choices although fresh fruit would be better than the canned fruit supplied . All in all , you will be happy and well-rested here . I highly recommend it .
I just happened to stay on the 2nd day from their renewal opening. So, naturally it was very clean. I hope they would continue paying attention to the details to maintain this cleanliness.
I spoke with Room Division Manager Mr. Hyodo. He spoke fluent English and was very helpful and friendly. My wife and myself rode bicycles to the hotel which is out of scope for the hotel but we received the perfect service.
We didn't use their restaurant and we usually never dine at the hotels. But we...
I was very happy with this hotel. It looked fancy on the inside and was only like an 8 minute walk from the Tachikawa metro station / 5 min cab ride with luggage. Rooms made the best use of their space, had nice amenities, and I had a nice view of the Tachikawa area. Also, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby! Very walkable.
I was nice that it was located close to the station, the baths were very relaxing, breakfast was a bonus, and the late check-out made it convenient with my flight departure.
This hotel was perfect! Great size, great amenities and SO SO quiet. Considering you are right above a train station, I can't believe you can't hear a thing. And the doors on the hotel rooms close so quietly. Located right above the Koenji station, it's the perfect location. We loved Koenji when we came to Japan last time so naturally, we wanted to stay in Koenji again. It's a small town, family community and it's nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
The staff was so...
Very lovely, well-maintained and comfortable accommodation close to the cablecar station that takes you up the mountain. Has a nice restaurant and hiking equipment facilities on the ground floor.
The place was quiet, clean, and with all the necessary items (toiletries
, dish soap, ETC) at disposition. It is very well located with little shopping stores at the end of the street which was very useful.
The property was amazing. Very spacious. Very clean and literally right in the heart of Shimokitazawa. The washer dryer combo was a lifesaver and it was great having a fridge and full kitchen. They could be quicker about responding to email and messages though.
Breakfast was great and the nearby supersento was really a treat. The showerhead was very nice with multiple settings and great water pressure.
The parking looked good, the hotel was uphill from the station and the shuttle stopped at 8pm, but it was easy to go by bus from the nearby Hashimoto station.
The morning shuttle went to Hachioji Station, about 15 minutes away.
