This place is a traveler's dream. The listing is located in a peaceful town just a few stops away from the touristy Tokyo areas. Despite being small, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of exploring. A big plus was having our own washer which is super helpful for longer stays. As a female solo traveler, this place made me feel safe. The building itself requires a passcode to get in and the area is quiet and residential. Communication between host went smoothly and quickly. The unit where we stayed was very small but it was cozy and clean. You have all of he appliances you need with the kitchen, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and washer. The refrigerator it’s small so it is better to buy a small amount of groceries throughout the trip so everything can fit in it. The shower is nice and the water pressure and temperature are great. The response from the management/owners is prompt, especially when it was related to requests or questions I had. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The building is located about 7 minutes from Ochiai Station and 5 minutes from Nakai Station. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Check-in and communication were good. Easy to reach someone. The listing was not as pictured though, it was my first time looking into an apartment/hotel. And I knew with the price of the place that it might be smaller. But the photos pictured and the actual place are so off. It was just me, I had a large luggage and my two small bags with me. There is literally no space for anything and the lighting in the room is almost non-existent.

Place is clean and has everything needed for short stay but beware of the following: when receiving key code beware it might be buried in the email thread and even though the email indicates it will be sent the day before check-in it might actually attached to the email; if you have 2 people the place will not provide a second key even if you ask desperately multiple times, if you are starving and cannot leave the room unlocked you are out of luck - a key is required to lock the room; the toilet was able 5 inches from the folding door, you need a lot of flexibility to close the folding door and to force yourself to sit down on the toile - there were about inches of room between the 2 sides of the toilet; the sink outside the shower is so small with very little water flow that you would not want to use it, you will probably use the kitchen sink for everything. One positive aspect is the shower is nice with controllable hot water and that the place has all the necessities. I would not recommend this place.

The place is perfect for a solo traveller and as a girl travelling solo I felt very safe in the area. The area is located slightly outside main touristic areas, which makes it more quiet and less crowded. There are shops, convenience stores, small restaurants and a pharmacy in the area. It’s well connected to two metro stations, easily reachable walking in less than 10 minutes. The room and facilities were very clean, very clear instructions were given about everything in the house and even about how to divide garbage. The stairs to reach the apartment were quite tight and it was hard for me to carry a big luggage up. Also the stairs to reach the bedroom were quite dangerous and difficult to climb up and down. Unfortunately, being quite tall, the bedroom ceiling was too low and had to bend down because otherwise I was going to hit my head. However, the apartment had everything I needed and the area was well connected with a lot of places, so definitely recommended. Communication was great, they gave me advice when asked and they responded very promptly within a couple of minutes!!

The room was extremely tiny which wasn’t a big issue. The issue was the cleanliness. A small futon was given for a bed which was very thin so you can feel the floor. The bean bag had no cover and was covered in stains I dared not think where they came from. Because the room was small, it became damp very quickly. My clothes were damp and the room became a pit of moisture. I woke up feeling ill most mornings. I stayed 3 nights out of my planned 10 and had to move to a hotel
