"Luke who greeted us on our arrival was so friendly and helpful and he provided a great list of suggestions when we asked. He brought out juice and snacks for free to make sure we had something to eat. It made the whole experience a lot more friendly and welcoming. The room and private bedroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Leith is a lovely area and you can get to the centre of Edinburgh quickly using buses or the tram. "

"Overall I was quite happy with our stay at Point A. I’ll start off by saying the staff was wonderful and friendly and helpful. We loved our room and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great. Close to Haymarket and no more than a 15-20 min walk to all that Old & New Town Edinburgh has to offer. My one complaint that prevents me from 5 stars across the board is this. In other hotels I’ve stayed at in the UK, coffee and tea has either been available to hotel guests all day, or there has been a kettle in the room to make tea. After a day of sightseeing I wanted nothing more than to head back to my room and enjoy a cup of tea in front of the telly. Instead, I had to pay for tea in the lobby. Other than that one little thing, I’d stay at this hotel again the next time I’m in Edinburgh."

"Lovely place. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and found the Townhouse conveniently located to the tram line and walking distance from great restaurants and a grocery store. Our room was located up two flights of stairs but there are rooms on the main level. Just something to be aware of for access but I highly recommend this for your stay"
