Loved it. Top service and excellent communication by management and staff, from the moment we reserved our room to check out. Room was clean, breakfast was great, we got everything we asked for and more.. Thank you for our excellent experience. We’d love to be back!

I liked it’d location, staff and cleanliness. I would suggest to include breakfast as an option. There was only a small cafeteria.

The youthful woman was a welcoming and supportive receptionist. Refeshments were offered and re-energizing after a day of driving.

The owners were great and very hospitable. Oum Tamer made us some great zattar and spinach pies. And they were constantly checking on us

This property was amazing. Keep in mind that it is a residential building, not a hotel, so there is no front desk. However, the owners gave us very detailed instructions for entry and parking, and communication was great throughout our visit. The apartment was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view of Haifa. It was beyond our expectations. Very clean, and lots of space. My husband and I LOVE this hotel! The facilities are great- they offer many classes and the spa is incredible. We have had the best massages of all time here- highly recommend the millennium massage (4 hands massage). The food is amazing and healthy and they offer many options at each meal. The only complaint we have is that there is no lunch included in the price. For such an expensive hotel, 3 meals should be included or at least some small dishes available from 1-3pm such as salads and...

Excellent location, excellent room and excellent hosts. The owner was generous, she showed us multiple room options to make sure we will be comfortable and enjoy the room. The place is clean and new-renovated, sitting very near to the Baha’i garden entrance, the heart of Haifa. Exceeded our expectations, highly recommended and will definitely go there again!
