This is probably the best B&B we have stayed in. The hosts are fantastic. Breakfast was top notch homemade! Loved the French emphasis.

We had a two day wonderful visit! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The food was outstanding! The drinks were excellent! The service and room conditions…... Everything was impeccable! Had a wonderful visit to the spa. It was great! This is a must visit on your travel list!

Enjoyed our two day stay, as we were there for a family event. Spacious rooms, updated baths, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed dinner as well as drinks at the bar.

There was no food service at the pub. The beer was good, pub had friendly atmosphere. On site parking was a bit misleading. There was a public car park down the street, seemed safe, but you had to pay

Free parking. Amazing location in town. Friendly staff. The room was large. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good. Breakfast was included and excellent. Only bad thing was the view out our window.

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing stay here. Pauline is the best host and a fantastic cook. She would always go out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and would always respond to any questions we had promptly. Breakfast was always served on time and I wish I had more room in my stomach to eat more. Everything was clean and well kept. The bed was beyond comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. If you are on a pilgrimage to experience the life of St. Brigid, this is a wonderful place for the journey. It is directly next door to the Cathedral. The Firecastle Market next door is, I presume, owned by the same people. They were so gracious and helpful. Let me store my bags in their tiny office so I could continue to explore. Truly wonderful hospitality all the way around no matter what your reason for visiting Kildare.

The owner, Noreen, is the nicest, friendliest, most helpful hostess! The B&B is close to some great attractions and is very comfortable for a fraction of the cost of other options in the area. We highly recommend.

This was a lovely night to stay for us. We appreciated the grounds, the food and the friendly staff! We walked to town for supper after we got checked in. We would stay again for sure and loved your black dog.

This was our favorite spot! Des and Sue hit the jackpot with their property on the little hill that overlooks the town of Waterford, including part of the Waterford castle. They recently rennovated part of their home four years ago so that it is like staying in a VERY nice hotel, but the bed and breakfast comfort/feel. Fabulously well appointed and comfortable property a short drive from Kilkenny, but far enough to avoid the crush of tourists. Wonderfully helpful staff, great dining choices. Highly recommend.
