The staff was excellent. The bed was the most comfortable bed. I’ve had all week. The food was very very good and you took every effort to make our 36th wedding anniversary a memorable one. It was very enjoyable and I would come there again next time I’m in Ireland.

Kilkea Castle was a treat! Staying in a castle…who can beat that! The room was large, with a very comfortable bed. I especially enjoyed the Dyson hair dryer…I always wanted to try one! Received a massage at the spa and it was wonderful! We would definitely return!

Lovely place to stay for our last night of our six week holiday the golf game was enjoyed and the evening meal in restaurant was good . The rooms were beautiful and staff were very helpful.

Kilkea Castle is a beautiful facility with a long list of amenities. The service and attentiveness provided by the staff is second to none and helps make the stay feel like a true luxury experience. It’s a beautiful venue with lots of open space and places to wander. This was my second stay at Kilkea Castle and I will return when I have the chance. One of my best stays in many years. My only minor criticism is that there was really no place to get a late evening snack or casual meal while staying there.

What an amazing stay, even if it was only for 1 night! From the ambiance of the castle, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff, we enjoyed every minute. The only minor disappointment would be the size of the bed in the carriage house room, which was small for a couple (it seemed like a double or twin, definitely not a queen size). Other that that we had a very enjoyable visit.

8/10 Muy buena

The character of the castle is excellent. Christian toured me around the proper and is a superb concierge. The room itself is lacking. It smells strongly of mildew. Carpeting is worn. Amenities like coffee and cookies need an update. The food at dinner was overly salted and the service declined during the dinner - strong start and a weak finish.
