"Love everything about Zuri resort, staff accommodating, very courteous and helpful. Everything in room was perfect, staff checked on us to be sure everything was we need are in the room. Definitely will come back and stay afain at the beautiful Zuri resort!!!"
"The staff were very nice and accommodating. They were very helpful and were happy to answer any questions we had. The room was very nice as well. We had a standard room and got 2 beds along with a little outdoor area and bathroom."
"This place was absolutely stunning! Everything about it was perfect. The bungalows were all situated around pools and had a very zen feeling to them. The spa was very relaxing. The restaurant was clean, the food was really good and the staff was great. Although its in walking distance to the town square, they offer free tuktuk's to bring you there and pick you back up. The staff, even after we checked out, were truly kind and offered a private room for us to use while we waited 3 hours before heading to the airport to go back to Manila.
This is the first place we have ever been to that was completely perfect! We thank Cadlao Resort for the experience."
"At restaurants and bar have to be careful because the menu one price and when you pay the bill … complete different price…??? and I ask why the price is different and the answer was the price go up …..? really when you choose some drinks and food you look at the price on the menu. Finally you get charged double example. One beer120 and on the bill was 230 Philippine money pesos ..?? all the drinks and food double price and surprise come after when you check out to the hotel when you have to pay the bill ..? you find out you have more drinks you can drink in one night put extra drinks on the bill and the bill was different than I signed on the restaurant ..? And I don’t have time to fight with this guys at check out to the hotel ..? if I don’t pay, I can check out to the hotel and I have my flight in two hours and I have to leave. My opinion use different restaurants around the hotel much better food and more cheaper."
"Beautiful resort! The views from the island tip bungalow we stayed in were stunning! The bars and food were all great! Christian at the pool was exceptional. The massage was great as well. Our tour guide both days, JR, on Triple 9's did a great job showing us all the sites and telling us about everything."
"Charlie’s El Nido was an absolute gem. It’s not on the water but it is only a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach and very close to the airport. The pool was crisp, the facility was well maintained and the rooms were great. We did have a suite but still, what we had was quite nice. Especially compared to some other properties around the area. My extended Filipino family also loved their breakfast stating it was very good. They offered a variety of Filipino classics along with pancakes and eggs for a more westernized (American) breakfast. We will definitely consider Charlie’s again for a return visit."
