I have to start off by saying that staying at Paolyn Houseboat was a leap of faith for myself, my wife, and our 3 children. To be isolated in a lagoon next to an island with no degree of infrastructure, caused us some level of uncertainty. The location is perfect . Walkable to the downtown area. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. They cater to all your needs from the moment you wake up . They arranged all our excursions , hotel pick up, spa & massage . It’s a real vacation not to think of anything & just relax. Thank you May, April & Erol for making our stay wonderful

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Seriously that best service I've had. We booked the beach front room and it has the most beautiful views. The place is seriously breath taking with clear blue waters and limestone cliffs. Breakfast is complimentary and of course I ordered the Filipino breakfast every morning we were there. Our waitress grace was awesome. Their Blanca pizza was delicious and on our last night we had the filet mignon which was delicious as well. We did the island hopping...

Great hotel in a quiet location off the main road. About a 10 minute walk to the town proper which isn't bad. Room and staff were great, as well as the breakfast.

This hotel was very beautiful. Infinity pool, sitting areas and restaurant all very clean and nice. The rooms were very nice with awesome views. The beach shack downstairs was awesome. This hotel was so special because of the staff. Shout out to Ariel at the beach shack. Dining staff of Jimbie, Jona, Shena and Danica made our stay absolutely fantastic. This is our new favorite hotel. The airport is located on the property, less the 2 mins away. We stayed in the deluxe king room forest view suite. The room was spacious, and super clean. The property has security cameras and staff everywhere to make sure guest are are happy and safe. Great place to relax and get away. The hotel is new (I think) and beautiful. The rooms were really nice and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and the management team was very personable. I can't remember the lady's name, but she was the manager, she was very nice and made sure my stay was pleasant.

Stayed for three nights and had an EXCELLENT experience. Relieved to have booked the Bayview room, especially now after reading some of the negative reviews regarding the rooms facing the back of the hotel. Keep in mind it’s a small town, so obviously there are going to be roosters like the norm in the Philippines. What a beautiful property in the loveliest location. The breakfast selection was different every day with varying hot Filipino staples as well as pastries, cereal, toasts and eggs. The resort is beautiful and the rooms are amazing! Everything is very clean and well kept. We stayed in the Family Junior Suite (Garden View) for 3 nights and it was perfect, we comfortably fit 6 adults. There was an extra daybed, so the room could have fit 7.
