"Beautiful ocean view from our private balcony. Loved the staff, Caitlyn and Lalo at the bar were so welcoming. Jassel lined us up with a fantastic “Ocean Safari” that we loved. "

"The hotel is very nice and clean in most spots. The pool area is very nice and they have an area to sit outside. However in the room the shower curtain had mold and everything was full of dust on all stair railings the shelves above the kitchen - everywhere. Otherwise the room was well appointed. "

"Ocean view room was great for whale watching but somewhat limited by palm trees. Been several times, gorgeous property, great staff and excellent food (albeit a little pricy, but to be expected). While outside of the hotel’s control, the loud music at the weekend from the fishing camp next door and the jeeps camped right outside our room on the beach somewhat spoiled the serenity vibe. "

"This place has a great location and has tons of potential. Unfortunately, we ran into a few problems. Some were fixed and others were not. The host was great, attentive and apologetic. The property however has some inherent problems. Our mountain view deluxe suite had no patio furniture excepnwhat appeared to be a small desk chair and table, the refrigerator was unplugged and smelled awful and wasn't usable, the a/c and fan we're in operational ( a/c function was restored almost immediately),.toilet was slow to flush/refill. No beach towels or chairs were provided. Limited searing around pool deck. Just a lot of details that we're definitely lacking. For the money it felt more like camping. Really love this beach town and surrounds but would choose another accomodation next time, sadly. "

"The pool and beach club are a short busride away. The hotel is in town, not on the beach. That was misleading information. All dtaff were lovely.Only a few fluent in English. Bathroom ‘S shower very awkward, came straigt down from a high ceiling. Floor tiled snd extremely slippery."

"This resort is incredible. They have beautiful walking paths and gardens. Their spa has separate saunas, showers, and hot tubs for men and women. There are several pools and restaurants on the property to choose from. The plunge pool on our balcony overlooking the ocean was so relaxing. We went in February and the weather was perfect and we saw whales every day. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. "

"Staying here is definitely a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived we were told not to worry about checking in and to get a drink and relax. Rooms were ready and amazing. The Bar tender is also amazing. All drinks were made from fresh squeezed fruits and he also made some of his own mixes. The best Mojito I have ever had. We also brought in fish that we caught the day before and the chef hooked us up with a full lunch of different types of dishes with all the fish. That evening for dinner they had a table by the rooms for us and served us outside with amazing meals. I would definitely recommend staying here as it is definitely of the beaten path. All staff were like family and the entire property is super clean. Hope to come back and stay again. "
