This place has a great location and has tons of potential. Unfortunately, we ran into a few problems. Some were fixed and others were not. The host was great, attentive and apologetic. The property however has some inherent problems. Our mountain view deluxe suite had no patio furniture excepnwhat appeared to be a small desk chair and table, the refrigerator was unplugged and smelled awful and wasn't usable, the a/c and fan we're in operational ( a/c function was restored almost immediately),.toilet was slow to flush/refill. No beach towels or chairs were provided. Limited searing around pool deck. Just a lot of details that we're definitely lacking. For the money it felt more like camping. Really love this beach town and surrounds but would choose another accomodation next time, sadly.

The location is incredible and there is a wonderful pool, super comfy bed and great views. The property is still being built so our unit was missing a few things from the photos: no TV (not a big deal for us), no table, no door on the bathroom/toilet area or shower. I was traveling with my spouse, so not a big deal, but this would have been awkward with our kids. Lower units appear to be featured in the photos. We’d return and ask about which unit and its completeness.

First let me talk about the great parts of this place. It's in an ideal location, the beds are comfortable, the house was very clean, the view is amazing, the kitchen well stocked and useful and the place would get 5 stars from me and my family had we been there when it wasn't 85-95 degrees fahrenheit and the AC worked properly. The location is fantastic, the beach is really great and the furnishings throughout the place were very nice and appropriate. With that, the issue of air conditioning has to be addressed. First let me be clear that some of this is cultural and frankly, personal as everyone has a different level of comfort in different environments. My family happens to struggle in real heat and humidity so AC is a priority wherever we go. There is a mini split AC system in the unit we stayed in (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, full kitchen). Each of the 3 units in the house are controlled separately and one of the 3 worked the way it should. I happen to have mini splits in my home so I'm familiar with them and how they do/should work. The master bedroom never got below 26c (79f), the back bedroom would get down to whatever you set it to but those rooms were both upstairs. The entire lower level (kitchen/living)would not get below 30c (86f) for our entire stay. While the staff was somewhat helpful, it was very clear that everyone involved was rather ok without air conditioning or trying to convince us it was working. That said, I would go back (maybe not in Aug)

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. I'd give 0 star if I could. We booked an oceanfront 2-bedroom villa (Apr 5–13), and the property was in poor condition from the start—dirty, outdated linens, dim lighting, and not as advertised. The hot water lasted only 2–3 minutes, making it impossible to shower properly. Many basic amenities were missing (hair dryer, coffee machine, toiletries, even enough AC remotes). Some items were provided later, but it didn’t fix the overall experience. The biggest issue was a severe bug infestation. On the first night, I was unable to sleep as bugs were crawling all over the bed and my body. Pest control later confirmed bugs throughout the mattress, sheets, and furniture. Even after treatment, the problem continued, resulting in multiple sleepless nights and visible bite marks. We were forced to move between rooms and even separate into different properties. Out of 8 nights, 5 were heavily impacted. This property is not habitable in its current condition. I strongly recommend avoiding this listing. The host agreed with refund. However, no refund has been issued, and subsequent follow-ups have gone unanswered.

El aire acondicionado es insuficientge para el calor de 35 grados en esta tempoorada. El internet nunca funciono. El ventilador de techo no servia en la primer habitacion y nos cambiaron a una segunda habitacion pero igual sin internet y sin la capaciadad de enfriar. La ubicacion a pie de playa es excelnte. La alberca muy muy pequeña.
