"Breakfast was very good although on a Sunday morning they had 2 staff working, so some of the tables were left with used dishes and took a long time to clear. Some breakfast items such as the orange juice, bacon and croissants had been empty and missing for longer than they should have been. On the Monday morning with less guests, the breakfast was exemplary. Room was great, it was a studio room, with a fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils all supplied, along with kitchen roll, washing up liquid, teas, coffee, bottled water etc. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. Shower was large, water pressure not great, but adequate."

"Room was huge, a great view and super comfortable bed. The bath tub in the room was also a nice relaxing touch. The location is very close to the lake and Christmas market. Staff are wonderful as well and gave me an upgrade! I'd definitely come back."

"I did a quick 2 days to enjoy Switzerland while staying in Italy. The facility, shuttle service, food and staff was wonderful! Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. I would stay here again."

"We stayed here for 1 night in December. The hotel is in a great location, beautifully decorated and rooms are great. The reception lady was really helpful and gave us a map and showed us where everything was. Breakfast was great too, lots of choice. Would definitely stay again. "

"Never ate breakfast at the hotel. Coffee and tea available all day in lobby. Lobby Bar was excellent. Overall a 10/10. Staff room location perfect. Wonderful will go back and recommend to others. Wonderful trip to the Christmas Markets!!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the train station and the Christmas market was within short walking distance. We had a lake view room. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel provided all the essentials for our stay. "
